Seasons Preschool is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality, affordable care to meet the diverse needs of the children and families in our community by basing our program upon principles of best practices in childcare, education and program management.

Health and safety are Seasons Preschool top priorities. We are committed to ensuring that your child thrives in a warm, safe and secure environment.

All Seasons Staff and Thousand Hills Pastor's have been fully background checked through Department of Family Protective Services, including fingerprinting as applicable, and receive annual Abuse and Neglect prevention training.

To ensure your child is healthy and safe, all safety and security protocols are strictly enforced. These include daily toy and classroom sanitation, on site laundry, safe sleep practices, and secure check-in and check-out procedures.
Seasons health and safety protocols include:

• Daily disinfecting/sanitizing 
• Secure entrance- Locked/Buzzer System
• On site safety personnel
• Monthly evacuation drills
• Quarterly severe weather drills
• Cameras in all children's areas monitored by Executive Director
• Shelter in place protocols

Sharon has been the Executive Director of Seasons Preschool since 2011. Ms. Sharon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource and Workforce Development, from the University of Arkansas. She and her husband John have been in full time ministry for over 30 years and are Community Chaplains for the Lake Cities area and North Texas. Sharon understands the importance of having a strong partnership with families during the early childhood years as well as the importance of an early childhood education that builds on necessary life skills that will help to prepare our young children for their future. Sharon strives to make Seasons Preschool a SAFE and NURTURING environment for children, their families and the Seasons Preschool staff.  Ms. Sharon has been married since 1993 and has 3 children, Joseph, Benjamin, and Emmalee. 

Ms. Christina works as Ms. Sharon's Executive Assistant, and is over preschool admissions and careers for future Seasons Preschool employees. Ms. Christina earned her B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Creighton University.  Ms. Christina and her family moved to North Texas in 2020 and she was hired at Seasons. Ms. Christina has a strong background in HR and brings those skills to Seasons to recruit prospective employees.  When you inquire about our Seasons Preschool program, Ms. Christina is who will assist you. When she's not working she enjoys painting, writing poetry, horseback riding, and traveling. Ms. Christina married her husband Scott in 1994 and has one son, Forrester.

Ms. Bianca has been a part of the Seasons family since 2009.  She has been a parent, a volunteer, an assistant, and lead teacher in every Seasons classroom.  Ms. Bianca obtained her Directors Credential in 2020.  Ms. Bianca makes sure that everyday is a GREAT day at Seasons Preschool.  Her caring approach towards the children, their families, and the staff, has made Seasons a top child care center in our area. When she is not working, Ms. Bianca likes spending time with family and friends and being outdoors. Ms. Bianca his married and has two children Patrick and Emily.
